The student’s seminars are organized regularly at the week end. Research persons from different Organizations and Universities are invited to deliver talks on different fields of chemistry to update the students regarding the developments in the subject.

The department has successfully organized a National Seminar on Industrialization Induced Environmental Crisis and it’s Cure during 28-29^th December 2010. In the seminar, 250 delegates and 12 invited speakers from different parts of the country participated and put forth before the learned gathering how to tackle the emerging environmental crisis.
